摘要:
为研究钨球侵彻装甲钢板时钨球的变形和初速的关系,采用12.7 mm弹道枪加载的方式,进行了Φ5.86mm、Φ6.83 mm和Φ7.51 mm钨球冲击装甲钢板实验。根据实验过程,分析了弹-靶侵彻过程,依据低速碰撞时靶表面的压力分布、固体碰撞问题动力学和接触体间压力静力学方法建立了钨球的侵彻速度与最大变形关系式,与实验结果进行了比较验证。结果表明,实验数据和模型计算公式的误差在11%以内,证明了计算公式的正确性。
Abstract:
In order to study the relationship between deformation and initial velocity of tungsten ball during the penetration of the armored steel plate, the experiment that Φ5.86 mm, Φ6.83 mm and Φ7.51 mm tungsten balls impact armored steel plate was carried out by means of 12.7 mm ballistic gun loading. Projectile-target penetration process was analyzed via the experimental process. According to pressure distribution of the target surface during low speed collision, dynamic of solid collision problem and pressure statics method between contact bodies, the relationship between penetration velocity and the maximum deformation of tungsten ball was established. Compared with experimental results, it shows that the error of the experimental data and the model calculation formula is within 11%, which proves the correctness of the calculation formula.
